Since 1997 Cyberfoal
has provided a central location to posting colostrum and foster mares when
and where
available. This voluntary service has accommodated many requests for
assistance and information. It is unknown as to how many foals become orphans each year
or how many horses require safe refuge from disasters. I am aware the
number is many and I feel fortunate this website is available to help an
unfortunate few.
All postings are answered personally. I cannot thank you enough for your
support and the compassion you individually express
to our orphans seldom recognized for the ordeals they encounter.
Cyberfoal does not
support the early removal of healthy foals from their natural mothers
to convenience others.
Please make a logical decision when accepting a mare
from an unknown source.
Colostrum is always in great demand and supply is seldom collected.
